How to read the result
- Cost per Wh: price divided by battery capacity. Lower means more battery for your money.
- Cost per W: price divided by continuous output. Lower means more output for your money.
What this number leaves out
The cheapest cost per Wh is not automatically the best buy. Compare units of a similar size and battery type, and also check the continuous output, the surge rating, the warranty, the weight, and the ports you need. See our buying checklist for the full list.
This tool does not look up or show prices, which change often. It only does arithmetic on the numbers you type.
